Pi Day Composition
Notes:

In AP Music, we got pie on March 14th (Pi day) and were given the challenge of completing a composition in four class days.

I'd say it turned out pretty well.

Connor_Folk_Song
Notes: I tried to recreate Celtic music for this project, seeing as I am Irish.  I took from various influences to create the piece.  While I enjoy it, I don't think it truly sounded much like a Celtic piece.

Cat Cat
Notes:

My negatives didn't turn out too great, and my early prints were pitch black.  However, there were a few diamonds in the rough, and this photo is easily the best.

7

The photo encompasses light and dark.  The camera angle captures the cat and the scratching post, showing how high up the cat is.

9

It isn't terribly unique, but it is quite interesting.

Tree Tree
Notes: I felt the photo shoot this was in was successful.  I went to North Park on a sunny day and took some pictures (and then a few at my house.)  I took mostly pictures of the shoreline and reflections from trees and the trees themselves.  This picture, taken lying down under a tree, is my favorite.  It has a wide variety of shades.

Filmontage Filmontage
Notes: This was an awful photoshoot - I only had two negatives that turned out remotely usable - the rest were either too blurry or just gray.  So I had to get creative.  I made straight prints of the two usable negatives (both lights) and used different developing techniques on one of my landscapes.  Next, I put my hand on a sheet of paper and printed it.  It turned out odd but somewhat interesting.  This was my last picture.  I basically threw a bunch of old negatives onto a piece of photo paper, shone a light over it, and used the alternate developing techniques from the landscapes to create the final product.

Notes: For my master photographer work, I chose Jerry Uelsmann as my role model of sorts for his abstract works.  In this picture, I used five different images (two of houseplants, one of a computer screen, one of the sky, and one of a dead leaf on my garage floor) out of twenty or so that I took to create a composite image.

Connor_Film_Score
Notes: Film Score project for Music Theory class.  I tried to make it atmospheric, serene and eerie (at the beginning at least).
  Format: quicktime
