more than one instrument. Sorry for the bad sound

quality.

Crumbling Dreams
Notes: This is a 'side composition' I wrote in about an hour. It is short but I wasn't expecting this to be near as good as it is, if you listen closely there are a few parts that I stole from my other compositions. Please check out my other compositions if you get a chance, thanks!

Golden Cage
Notes:

This is a 60 second soundscape I did for multi-media. The original song was played with violin and bell synth sounds and I altered the sounds A TON using programs such as blue with the original song played into garage band. I titled it "Golden Cage" because I wanted to give the listener an image that they are seeing (or rather hearing) a strange, curious, repetitive, tragic yet mystical object or idea, such as a golden cage. Enjoy!

(Please check out my other submissions too!)

Celebration
Notes: I was assigned to write a work in the style of calypso; which, I can assure you, was the most difficult composition I had ever tried to write being the only calypso song I had ever listened to was "Under da sea" from the little mermaid. Yeah. So I had to do a little research and a lot of listening to finally understand what Calyspo was. In addition, I also challenged myself to write all my own percussion parts for the first time ever which was really difficult. Thanks for listening! =)

Notes: This is a photo montage I created for multimedia. The background picture is a picture I took myself and altered. Actually, pretty much every picture I used was altered in some way. I really wanted to make this a 'realistic surrealistic picture' if that makes any sense at all... which it probably doesn't. Anyhow, this was my very first time using photoshop ever so I feel like I did well considering this was a first. If you have time please check out some of music compositions, thanks! =)

Final Wicked melody
Notes:

I was experimenting around with chords and accompaniments and trying and connect them with the melody. I still need to improve a ton but I am slowly working on getting there.

Fields Far Above
Notes: I am slowly improving my compositions and now that I understand how chords work with the melody and countermelody so now i need to work on making my compositions more complex and not as repetative. Thanks for listening!

Sail!
Notes: This is a promo video for the volvo ocean race. (If you haven't seen the race before you are missing out!) I wrote the soundtrack for it and think I did a good job with it. Enjoy =) its epic!!!
